Discovery

As we listen, learn and study, Jesus Christ is the beginning and the end of our discovery.

The ‘Chi Rho’ (also known as the Chrismon) expresses the centrality of Christ. It is an ancient Christogram — a combination of letters abbreviating the name of Jesus Christ and used as a symbol. It superimposes the first two letters of the Greek word ΧΡΙΣΤΟΣ (Christos). Often, as here, the letters Α and Ω are added to recall the description of the Lord as the beginning and the end (Revelation 1:8).
