Compositions of Melbourne composer Andrew Anderson, especially A Lenten Cantata, co-commissioned by St James's Old Cathedral and The Consort of Melbourne. This orchestrated version was completed in 2020. It draws on Wesley's hymn 'Jesu, lover of my soul' and its accompanying tune 'Aberystwyth' by Parry. Additional text comes from Psalm 55:16-17, 22, and Matthew 11:28.
