Rowan Williams

The Rt Revd and Rt Hon Professor Rowan Williams, Baron Williams of Oystermouth, PC, FBA, FRSL, FLSW (b. 1950) is a retired Anglican bishop, theologian and poet. He was the Archbishop of Canterbury, from 2002 to 2012 and has been a life-long theological scholar and prolific author.

We read a chapter called "Sinners” from a book he co-wrote with Joan Chittister, Uncommon Gratitude: Alleluia for All That Is. Collegeville: Liturgical Press, 2014.

Week Six

Yurii Nagulko — Юрій Нагулко

Born in 1954 in Rivne, Yurii Nagulko studied architecture, building nuclear power plants and hydroelectric power plants. But he changed his focus to art and became a renowned and widely-exhibited Honored Artist of Ukraine. Nagulko has repeatedly transformed his style, searching out and discovering new forms of abstraction. He is inspired by unusual landscapes, extraordinary people, and events of significance for Ukrainian national identity.
