We do what pleases him, continually and without cease

As for our essence,
God created us so noble and rich
that we always work his will and for his glory.
Indeed, I saw that we are his beloved,
and that we do what pleases him,
continually, and without cease.

And we are able to do this
by the great wealth and nobility given our spirit
when it was infused into our body.

He created the human race out of love
and out of love he willed to take on our human nature.

Faith is the next gift we receive,
and from faith all blessings flow.

God's goodness working through mercy and grace
plants this faith in us, and plants us in faith.
