Dr Benjamin Myers

Ben Myers is an Australian theologian who, since 2008, has been a lecturer at United Theological College within the School of Theology of Charles Sturt University.

Previously, Myers was a researcher at the University of Queensland's Centre for the History of European Discourses. He is also a member of Princeton University's Center for Theological Inquiry. Myers specializes in systematic theology, English literature, and the history of ideas.

We continue the theme of flower painting with some masterpieces from Imperial China, from the collection of the National Palace Museum, Taipei.


Sir Edward Cuthbert Bairstow

The music is in the Anglican tradition, by organist and composer, Sir Edward Cuthbert Bairstow (1874-1946). In 1893, after a period of teaching at Windsor, Bairstow became an apprentice to Frederick Bridge at Westminster Abbey, after which he held a series of posts as Organist and Choirmaster. He was Organist of York Minster from 1913 until his death.
